Community Council

Once of the goals of the 2005 strategic planning process was to form a Community Council. The Community Council is a group of volunteers who support Immigrant Refugee Services by providing to the Director administrative advice relating to program, business and policy matters.

The inaugural meeting of the Community Council took place on January 12, 2006. Here are the members of the first Immigrant and Refugee Services Community Council.

We are still looking for new members for our Community Council. If you have a heart for newcomers and would like to volunteer, please contact Major Holly Patterson at (416) 360-6036.
